Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the item(s) ordered, the shipping distance, the delivery destination’s access, and the chosen method of shipping.

All ‘Cruisers’ will be shipped using third-party ground “Less-than-Truckload” (LTL) freight (please see below for available alternative delivery options). Items shipped freight are delivered curbside or driveway only and will require that someone be available to accept delivery. Most carriers will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Please be advised that the shipping cost will be calculated once the ‘Cruiser’ is completed and ready to ship. The shipping cost will be based on current market freight prices at the time shipping is scheduled. Shipping prices will be included in your ‘Cruiser Completion’ email.

You will not be charged shipping until production is complete and the finalized shipping price is provided. The payment card on file will be automatically charged to include both shipping and the remaining balance. Shipping fees and the remaining balance must be paid prior to item release from our warehouse.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders are shipped and received Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays), and are typically in transit for 3-10 business days. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to conditions beyond our control.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate address and contact information is provided. Garden Cruisers is not liable if the address provided is incorrect. If the carrier is unable to get a hold of you to schedule a delivery time or you are not home at the time the delivery is scheduled, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for any re-delivery fees incurred.

If changes are needed to the shipping address provided, please contact us directly at support@gardencruisers.com and request an updated order confirmation email with the new address. Factors such as the change in shipping distance or date of address change may result in additional fees and will be the responsibility of the customer.

At this time, we do not ship outside the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.


Alternative Delivery Options

CUSTOMER PICKUP:

Garden Cruisers offers customer pickup, in lieu of shipping, from our warehouse in Prescott, WI. This option can be requested when the order is initially placed. This option can also be selected after an order has been placed by contacting us at support@gardencruisers.com. If this option is selected, once your cruiser is completed and the remaining balance has been paid, we will contact you via email to schedule a pickup window.

LOCAL DIRECT DELIVERY:

(only available for shipping addresses within 100 miles of our warehouse in Prescott, WI).

As an alternative to freight shipping, Garden Cruisers offers ‘Local Direct Delivery’ for those customers that are within 100 miles of our warehouse in Prescott, WI. We will bring your custom ‘Cruiser’ directly to you via our local delivery truck for a fixed rate of $150 plus $2.00 a mile calculated one-way from our warehouse in Prescott, WI. This option can be requested when the order is initially placed. This option can also be selected after an order has been placed by contacting us at support@gardencruisers.com. If this option is selected, once your cruiser is completed and the remaining balance has been paid, we will contact you via email to schedule a delivery window.

EXCEPTIONS AND REVISIONS:

At its sole discretion, Garden Cruisers may make exceptions to specific sections of the Shipping Policy on a case-by-case basis without nullifying or changing any other part of the Shipping Policy.
